You will receive the following keys:

• 2 drops for the central entrance
• 3 keys for the cluster front door
• 3 keys for your room door
• 1 key for the letterbox

Tip: give spare keys to family or a friend. If keys are lost, you can then still enter your room. If you give up your room, all keys must be returned.

Exterior closure
If your keys are stolen or lost, Nijestee's craftsman can fit a new lock (this does not apply to the cluster door). The cost for this is 80 euros for the first lock. For an additional lock you pay 50 euros (such as for the room door and the letterbox). Outside office hours, the cost is 130 euros for the first lock. You pay these costs by pin when the professional is on site.

Additional keys
A key to your own front door or letterbox can be reconditioned by the shoemaker or key specialist.

As a resident, it is not possible to receive more than two drops. Nijestee can only reorder a drop if you have lost a drop. The cost for this is 15 euros.
