Smoke detector
There is a smoke detector in every home. It is connected to electricity. If the electricity fails, the smoke detector automatically switches to battery power. If the battery runs out, the entire smoke detector needs to be replaced. You can contact Nijestee for this. Test the smoke detector regularly (twice a year) by pressing the test button.

Emergency exit
Emergency exits are located in the centre and on the sides of the residential building. To ensure enough space is left for emergency services, we ask you not to place (large) items in the galleries. The complex managers will check for this.
