After you leave, we would like to re-rent the room and therefore we have the following requirements when you move out:

• The room is empty and clean
• The floor, curtains and ceiling lights remain in the room
• Windows and doors are undamaged and sticker-free
• All belongings have been removed from the room and also from the common areas. Exceptions are items taken over by the new tenant. For this, you will sign a takeover form together with the new tenant.
• If the new candidate wants to view the room after your lease termination, cooperation is required.
• Your (moped) bike or scooter you take or have removed.
