Every year before 1 July, you will receive a statement of service charges incurred. This shows how much was spent on various services and how much was paid in rent. Which service costs you pay can be found in the rent statement.

Every month, you pay an advance for this service charge. When you have paid too much, you get money back. When you have paid too little, you have to pay extra.
