When you entered into the lease, you signed the following housing agreements:

In a residential building where several tenants live, it is important to make arrangements. This way we can get on well with each other and call each other to account when necessary.

Nuisance

  • Avoid noise between 8pm and 7am.
  • Keep the volume of the sound equipment (especially the bass) low. Adjust the sound so that only you enjoy it.
  • You are responsible for your own visitors. We will speak to you in case of nuisance.
  • Are you bothered by a flatmate? Then contact them first and discuss this.
  • Lock the porch door and don't let strangers in. Make sure your front door is always locked.

Keep the residential building clean and tidy

  • Do not store goods or bulky waste in corridors, common areas or stairwells. Do not throw rubbish outside either.
  • Take mail to your residence. Get a no-no sticker for free from the complex manager.
  • Deposit rubbish in the underground container. You can do this 24 hours a day. Have you lost your household waste pass? Then request a new pass via www.gemeente.groningen.nl/huisvuilpas-aanvragen.
  • Do we find your waste? Then we will charge you for its removal. A rubbish bag costs €15 each and in the case of bulky waste we will charge you for its removal.
  • Bring bulky waste yourself to the waste station at Duinkerkenstraat 99 or Electronstraat 2 in Groningen. Bulky waste can also be collected by the Environmental Department. Costs are charged for this. Please make an appointment with the Environment Service via www.grofvuilmelden.nl.
  • Park your bike or scooter in the designated storage area. Scooters and/or bikes blocking escape routes or standing in/around the building will be removed.
  • It is not allowed to use the bicycle shed and common area as storage space.

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed.
