Heat City delivers heat, cold (no air conditioning), hot tap water and electricity to your home.

Advance and settlement
WarmteStad collects a monthly advance payment. Once a year and when you move house, you will be charged for what you actually used. If you have used more than determined in the advance payment, you will have to pay extra. If you have used less, you will get a refund. On the statement, you will see the fixed and variable costs. Each studio has individual meters that record your consumption.

Explanation Fan coil unit
Each studio is equipped with a system that regulates the temperature in relation to the outside temperature. On hot days, the system cools the air in the studio. The temperature then drops by a few degrees, but the system is not an air conditioner and has limited cooling capacity. During hot days, the temperature rises in all homes and the warm air has difficulty getting out.
