Smoke detector
There is a smoke detector in every home. It is connected to electricity. If the electricity fails, the smoke detector automatically switches to battery power. If the battery is flat, the entire smoke detector needs to be replaced. You can contact Nijestee for this. Test the smoke detector regularly (twice a year) by pressing the test button.

Emergency exit
Emergency exits are located at the front and back of the residential building. To ensure there is enough space left for emergency services, we ask you not to place (large) items in the galleries. The complex managers will check for this.
