Smoke detectors hang from the ceiling throughout the building (such as in the rooms, corridor and living kitchen). These are connected to electricity. If the electricity fails, the smoke detector automatically switches to battery power. If the battery is dead, the entire smoke detector should be replaced. Test the smoke detector regularly (twice a year) by pressing the test button.

In the room, a CO2 sensor hangs on the wall for CO2-controlled ventilation. As a result, the supply and return of air is automatically controlled by the heat recovery system(WTW).
