Heat
The building is completely gas-free. Heat and heating of tap water is provided by WarmteStad via a heat network. You will conclude a supply agreement with WarmteStad for this. You pay for your own consumption and an equal share of the consumption of the communal areas. WarmteStad collects a monthly advance payment. An annual settlement takes place.
Electricity and water
You pay the advance for electricity and cold tap water to Nijestee. There will be an annual settlement. You pay for your own consumption of electricity and an equal share of the electricity consumption of the communal areas in the entire building.
The consumption of water in the cluster is shared equally among the residents of the cluster. There is one water meter per cluster.
