Together with your fellow residents, you are responsible for keeping the communal living kitchen clean. It's wise to make good arrangements between you about this. The kitchens are checked regularly, so keep it tidy together.

Extractor hood filters
Residents clean the grease filters at the bottom of the hood themselves. This can possibly be done in a dishwasher. The carbon filters in the extractor hoods are replaced periodically by Nijestee.

Cleaning company
The cleaning company takes care of keeping the common areas in the building clean. The cleaner is at work in the building daily. All exterior windows are cleaned twice a year.

Filters WTW installation
The two filters in the HRS system should be cleaned every three months with a hoover. The filters are behind the flap (see photo) and are easily removed from the unit. The filters are replaced by Nijestee approximately every two years.
