Walter Fruchnich and Patricia Bos are Atlas' complex managers.

Walter and Patricia make regular rounds of the building. They monitor matters related to cleaning, maintenance and safety. For instance, Walter and Patricia check whether escape routes in the building are accessible and the state of hygiene in the common areas. They also hold introductory talks.
